Your graduation projects consist of three (3) separate portions.

1. Proposal
2. Log of Hours with signature and the final tally
3. Reflection of what you learned or have taken away from your project

Below are links to fillable PDF copies of all of your forms, and an infographic to the left to assist you as you prepare. Students cannot graduate until all components of the project have been completed. Thank you.
